ORDERS & PRODUCTS

  • Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value, however, if your order reaches a certain value (depending on the area of delivery) – you get it FREIGHT FREE! Just ask your branch for more details.

  • Can I change an order after I’ve made the online payment?

Upon payment, orders are immediately sent to our DCs for picking so we can get your goods to you real fast. Unfortunately that makes it impossible to pull them back and make a change. The best option is to place another order, and process a return for the unwanted item. 

  • Can I save multiple ordering templates?

Yes! Go to your account -> View my order templates. You can save multiple ordering templates there!

  • Where can I find Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Product Data Sheets (PDS)?

Open the product detail and you’ll see a link “Download SDS Sheet” under the “Add to cart” button

 

ACCOUNT / PAYMENT

  • Do I need to create an account to start shopping with TSC?

No, you are most welcome to shop as a Guest – all we need is an email address to send your order confirmation to, and a credit card for payment.

If you do join up as an account holder you’ll immediately qualify for sharper trade pricing. You’ll also have access to see and manage order history, save re-order templates access, flexible payment options, and you’ll receive personalized deals and promotions. Definitely worth joining up I’d say (only slightly biased).

  • What payment methods are accepted?

If you already have a trade account with us – you can use it on the website as well!

If you do not have a trade account yet – you can still register on the website and use your credit card.

  • How do I open a trade account with TSC?

Click here to download an account application form to open a trade account with TSC. Please fill in all compulsory fields in the form and click “Submit”

  • How do I access past invoices or order history?

Login -> Go to “My Account” -> “View my Orders”

 

DELIVERY

  • What are shipping costs?

Your delivery fee will be calculated at the checkout point; it depends on the value of order and delivery location.

  • What are the delivery timeframes?

Once you place an order, we aim to despatch it within 24 hours (often, much sooner!), to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible!

  • Can I pick up my order from TSC?

Yes! You can pick up your order from one of TSC Trade Centres:

  • Auckland: 39 Business Parade North, East Tamaki, Auckland, 2013
  • Wellington: 2 Udy Street, Petone, Lower Hutt 5012
  • Christchurch: 87 Wrights Road, Addington, Christchurch 8024

Please select a pick up option at check out and leave a note to your order where you would like to collect it from. Our CS team will get in touch with you to confirm collection time.
