Step 1: Vacuum
Vacuum the floor to remove any dust or loose particles.
Step 2: Dilute and Apply Floor Stripper
Dilute 1 litre of “Strip Off” floor stripper into a bucket of 9 litres of warm water. Apply the product on the floor with a mop and allow to soak for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3: Agitate
Agitate the floor with a doodlebug or machine scrubber.
Step 4: Remove Stripping Solution
Suck up the solution with your WET vacuum to remove excess solution. If there is polish on the floor repeat steps 2-4 again until old polish has been removed.
Step 5: Rinse
Rinse the area well with fresh clean water and a mop.
Step 6: Vacuum Again
Vacuum again with your WET vacuum to remove excess water.
Step 7: Apply Polish
Apply the “X-Coat Nano” floor polish using a polish mop and begin mopping the floor. This step will need to be repeated as the mop starts getting dry.
Always mop polish in a figure 8. Do Not lift the mop off the floor. Do not walk on the floor until it’s dry.
Start mopping the floor top to bottom and allow 20 minutes to dry.
Apply polish over the same area, left to right and allow 20 minutes to dry.
Apply polish over the same area, on a diagonal from corner to corner to ensure full coverage.
For best results apply a maximum of 4 coats.
Step 8: Buff the Floor
If the floor is looking dull or you can see lines when its completely dry, use a buffer with a white or light blue pad to finish it off.
