Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  No shipments or deliveries are processed on weekends or public holidays.  These will be administered on the next working day.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  For our regular account holders, your standard arrangements apply.

An extra 2-3 days on top of standard courier times

*Orders outside of the 3 Metropolitan cities are dispatched from our warehouses within 1-3 days.  Courier times are outside of our control, so while we hope for all orders to be received within the estimated time, further delays may occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.  Please supply a residential or workplace name and address for delivery.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Tracking is available on request for orders being couriered to the regions.  Orders within the main cities do not have tracking numbers as they are done by our own team.  For specific delivery times in these cities contact your closest branch.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside of New Zealand.  For export customers, we can work with you to secure and arrange delivery of products to your container company of choice.  However, we do not assist with the export process at all (e.g. container booking, export paperwork etc).

Damages and Discrepancies

The Service Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods as this will be required as part of the claims process.

Any shortages, damages or discrepancies must be advised within 7 days of the invoice date.

Returns Policy

Items should be returned in a saleable condition.  Proof of purchase will be required.

Any request for a return of old or unwanted stock will be evaluated on a case by case basis.  Product deemed to not be in a suitable condition for resale will not be refunded.  Where resale could be possible at a discounted rate, items will be refunded at purchase price less 15%.
